At Tabi, most of our pieces are made after an order is placed.

This allows us to produce more thoughtfully, avoid excess inventory, and stay intentional about what we create. It also means our timelines may be a little longer than mass-produced fashion.

Shipping

Order processing:

Since most Tabi products are made to order, we usually dispatch orders within 2 to 5 working days of receiving them.

Each product is made with care, and this production timeline reflects the way we choose to work: intentionally and without unnecessary excess.

If there is any unexpected delay in dispatch, our team will keep you informed.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Prepaid orders: 1 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
COD orders: 3 to 9 working days from the date of dispatch.

These timelines are indicative and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Courier partners

We work with trusted third-party courier partners across India. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control. In such cases, our team will always try to assist with tracking and resolution.

Shipping charges

Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping within India. Orders below this value may attract a shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.

Address and contact details

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to delays or failed delivery attempts.

Exchanges and Returns

If your Tabi piece does not work for you, you can request an exchange or return within 3 days of delivery.

You can choose to exchange it for another size or product, subject to availability, or return it for a refund to your original source of payment.

To begin the process, please email us at tabi@cactusfashions.com with your order number within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will share the next steps with you.

Eligibility for exchange and returns:

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The item must be in its original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • The product must clear our quality check once received

 

Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without adequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

Customized products, made-to-order pieces, and special-size products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund unless they are faulty or defective.

 

Important note on handmade products:

As many of our pieces are made using natural textiles and handcrafted processes, slight variations in weave, texture, colour, or finish may occur. These are part of the character of the product and should not be considered defects.

 

Return pickups

We offer return pickups in most serviceable pincodes.

However, in some rare cases, our courier partners may not support reverse pickup from a customer’s location. If that happens, we will request that you ship the product back to us at the address shared by our team.

Where applicable, we will guide you through the process clearly so it remains as smooth as possible.
