Shipping Policy

At Tabi, we embrace a made-to-order approach to minimize waste and ensure each product is crafted with care. As a result, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48-72 hours from the time of purchase.

Delivery Time:

  1. Domestic Orders (Within India): Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
  2. International Orders: After dispatch, delivery times vary between 5 to 15 business days, subject to the destination country's customs and postal services.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

We take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade products that we hope you'll cherish. However, if you need to exchange or return an item, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Exchanges

Eligibility: 

Exchanges are permitted only if the product is faulty, or you received an incorrect product or size

Procedure:

Email your order number and a photo of the faulty or incorrect item to tabi@cactusfashions.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will evaluate the issue and guide you on the next steps.

Important Notes:

Our products are made from natural textiles, which may exhibit slubs, irregularities, and color variations. These are inherent characteristics of handmade items and should not be considered defects.

If the desired color or fabric is unavailable at the time of exchange, you may select an alternative or opt for a refund

Returns

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The item must be faulty or incorrect.
    2. The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
    3. The item is unused, in its original condition, with tags intact.
    4. The item is packaged correctly to prevent damage during shipping.

Procedure:

    1. Email your order number and reason for return to tabi@cactusfashions.com within the stipulated timeframe.
    2. Please send the item to the address provided below. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Timelines:

    1. Domestic returns should reach us within 10 days from the date of receipt.
    2. International returns should reach us within 15 days from the date of receipt.
    3. International Returns: To avoid additional duties, clearly state "returned goods of no commercial value" on the courier declaration.
    4. Non-Compliance: Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Custom Orders: Custom-made or specially sized products cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days.
  3. Shipping Charges: Any shipping charges applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
